Let me introduce you a training program, after which you will not be able to up!
This program is meant to improve your strength, muscle size, and conditioning simultaneously.
The general format for every workout is as follows:
1. Activation Movement For Speed And Mobility.
2. Prime Movement For Muscle Strength.
3. Assistance Work For Muscle Shape.
4. Conditioning For Cardiovascular Health And Fat Loss.
